As a former professional in the software development industry, I worked long hours at a desk.  Massage Therapy helped me to recuperate physically from the demands of my job while reducing my stress levels.  My interest in science and alternative health care inspired me to leave my IT profession to pursue Massage Therapy. It’s been an extremely rewarding choice.

With 19 years of practice, I employ a range of modalities, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and Chinese Cupping. This diversity allows me to craft personalized treatments, ensuring that each session is tailored to meet my clients’ specific health goals, regardless of their activity levels.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I am an avid camper who finds solace in nature. This passion for the outdoors complements my dedication to promoting well-being and balance in my clients’ lives. I like to keep fit hiking, biking, and running.
