About Me
Stephanie grew up in Calgary, Alberta, and after earning a Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT) from the University of Alberta in 2014, they moved to the Vancouver area to further their career. Stephanie has worked extensively with the neurological population, helping patients navigate life after strokes, spinal cord injuries, and other conditions. Their compassionate approach and expertise in rehabilitation have earned them a reputation as a trusted therapist, dedicated to helping people create and achieve their goals. Now living in North Vancouver, Stephanie has found a balance between work and play. When they’re not helping patients, you’ll find them running the local trails with their dog, paddleboarding on the ocean, or out on the water, pretending to know what they’re doing while sailing. Stephanie also knows how to unwind—whether it’s curling up with a good book or binge-watching their favorite TV shows.
